Dr. Meyers currently lectures at Rutgers University's Department of Food Science on Nutraceuticals, Functional Foods and Dietary Supplements. Dr. Meyers also teaches Food and Nutrition classes at Hunter College-CUNY in New York City and Mercer County College in NJ.
Dr. Meyers is also currently an Adjunct Professor of Food Science at Montclair State University teaching Food and Nutrition classes and labs. His association with the University allows him access to their Food Lab and state-of-the-art Culinary Kitchen and interactive classroom and student technicians.
